YOTTO GROUP’S SERVICE DIVISION IS ALWAYS ON THE GUARD OF AND EXO BUSINESS
Three levels of reliability for the servicing division:
- Continuous on-line monitoring and control of the equipment.
Your equipment will be switched to the global alarm system enabling our staff to follow the processes online. Should any non-standard situation or default occur, they will immediately get in touch to find a solution.
- Regular technical inspection. Within the guarantee period and under a post-guarantee contract, your equipment will receive regular maintenance, status and availability check.
- A well-developed system for the production and supply of parts and accessories.Our staff has developed a scheme securing availability of required amounts of spares at the warehouse. Owing to this system the equipment and components can be fixed or replaced within the shortest tome possible.
Guarantee period for any Yotto Group equipment is one year. Within this period, servicing and repair are FREE!
Upon completion of the guarantee period, you can conclude a post-guarantee servicing agreement with us. Detailed information on the agreement can be obtained from your Yotto Group Manager.
